One price per person, per month.

The two plans

Standard is for organizations of 10 to 200 people. Scale is for 201 to 10,000. Both carry the same product. Scale adds priority support.

Ten seats is the minimum. A workspace of four people is billed for ten.

What counts as a seat

An invitation counts because it is a seat you have committed. If it did not count, fifty invitations could go out against twenty seats and the people who accepted last would be turned away at the door for something they had no part in.

A seat comes back on its own when somebody is removed from the workspace, when a guest’s end date passes, or when an unaccepted invitation expires. You do not have to do anything to reclaim it.

Which currency you pay in

• Euro if you are in the eurozone.
• Pounds if you are in the United Kingdom.
• US dollars everywhere else.

These are real prices set in each currency, not a conversion of one another, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Tax

Every price above excludes tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated for your country and added at checkout, where you will see it itemised before you pay. If your business is VAT-registered in the EU, enter your VAT number at checkout and the reverse charge is applied.

The free trial

Every plan starts with 14 days free. We take a card to begin the trial and charge nothing until day 15. Cancel before then and you are not billed at all.

The trial is the whole product, not a reduced version of it. One trial per account.

When your team grows

Seats are bought before they are used. Adding somebody to your workspace does not quietly raise your next invoice: you buy the seats, and then you can invite people into them. Nobody should find out what they are paying by reading a statement.

Buying seats part-way through a month

On a monthly plan, a seat bought mid-month is charged a full month, whatever day you buy it, and then renews with everything else on your normal billing date.

Buying seats part-way through a year

On an annual plan, a seat bought mid-year is charged for the rest of that year at the monthly rate, not the discounted annual one. The annual discount is for committing to a year up front; a seat added in month seven has not. From your next renewal it joins the rest and is charged at the annual rate like everything else.

Your rate does not change mid-period

The per-seat price you started the period on is the price you keep until it renews. If you begin a year on Standard and grow past 200 people, the extra seats are still charged at your Standard rate. Standard workspaces can grow to 250 seats within a period; past that, write to us and we will sort it out with you.

When your team shrinks

Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal. You keep the seats you bought until the period you paid for ends, then renew at whatever number you like. There are no refunds for seats you stop using part-way through a period.

Nobody is ever removed from your workspace because of billing. See cancellation and refunds for what happens if a subscription ends.

Price changes

If we change these prices, the change applies from your next renewal, not during a period you have already paid for. We will tell you by email before it takes effect.
